How can we improve medical appointments with new software tools?
Combining different plataforms, we are creating a product that increases doctors knowledge of their consultations and patients, decreasing the complexity of making an appointment and automating all the process, giving the doctors more time to focus on patients.
The main function of the tablet app is to manage the consultation through the day. In the app, you can schedule new appointments, consult past ones or change patients status like “attended”, “missed”, “consulting” and others. The app send then all this info to the web app, where doctors can check the dashboard with data analysis over their consultations.
Graphics indicating how many patients were attended, how many missed and the average delay time of consultations help doctors improve their work and patient care.
THE BOT AND THE SMS
Both the messenger bot and the SMS come as a complement to the consultations. Patients no longer need to call their doctor to schedule an appointment. Just open the messenger and check the best day and time for them.
With the SMS, all patients are remembered of their appointments 24 hours before it, preventing them from missing it.
